Christmas Intentions
Hi All,
To mark the end of our mindfulness meditation classes for this year we had a lovely evening on Thursday 13th setting our Christmas intentions. A huge ‘Thank you’ ‘to everyone who attended and all proceeds going to The Adapt House Christmas Appeal
Setting an intention is much the same as making a wish or saying a prayer the only difference is that you go into the energy of it being a reality in your life already. This is coming from a place of the heart rather than the mind

The Sangoma Way Meditation classes for self-awareness will be returning the beginning of January 2019
Classes are as follows:
Mindfulness Meditation Classes January 2019
• Wednesday 9th January @ 7pm (Beginners)
• Thursday 10th January @ 10am
• Thursday 10th January @ 7pm
• Friday 11th January @ 10am
The duration of the class is 1 hour and classes run for 5 consecutive weeks in The Sangoma Way home practice, Cappamore, Co. Limerick.
Total investment for a series of 5 classes is €60 and you can book in advance by paying in full via PayPal Here
