Coming into a new year always brings with it an opportunity for change .For many it may be the new diet, the new exercise regime, the holiday of a life-time, a new relationship or a new job…the list goes on!!.Why does our happiness seem to be playing out in a future date and is constantly eluding us …why can we not be happy right now? This is an illusion of the mind .
Mindfulness, Meditation and Self-Awareness are all methods of coming away from the mind. The mind is a wonderful tool for focus but when focused on negative thought patterns can be our greatest source of pain and stress. Learning to let go of the workings of the mind momentarily throughout the day brings about a sense of calm and clarity.
Through The Sangoma Way you will be guided to
Retrieve your thoughts so they no longer control you, you control them
Release any emotion caused by negative thought patterns,
Restore your energy by returning to the present moment.
Once learned these simple techniques will have a very positive impact on your overall health and happiness.

Wednesday 9th @7pm (Beginners)
Thursday 10th @ 10am
Thursday 10th @ 7pm
Friday 11th @ 10am
The duration of the class is 1 hour and classes run for 5 consecutive weeks in The Sangoma Way (Home practice) Cappamore, Co.Limerick.
