Wishing you a joy filled 2019 and hope you enjoyed the festive season surrounded by family and friends. Christmas Intentions

Hi All, To mark the end of our mindfulness meditation classes for this year we had a lovely evening on Thursday 13th setting our Christmas intentions. A huge ‘Thank you’ ‘to everyone who attended and all proceeds going to The Adapt House Christmas Appeal Setting an intention is much the same as making a wish or saying a prayer the only difference is that you go into the energy of it being a reality in your life already.
