Meditation classes for November 2017
I love this time of year when Mother Nature in her most vibrant deep hews of red orange and yellow is ready to let go of the fruits of the summer and settle down for hibernation. We can learn a lot from the cycles of the seasons. Autumn is all about letting go in the knowledge that something else will grow in its place.
Our Meditation classes returned in September and the classes explored 5 principles of living based on the Reiki tradition. Each principle helps to teach us to live in the Present moment, the key to a happy life.

May I be grateful,
May I endeavour my work,
May I be kind to others.
The Sangoma Way Meditation classes for self-awareness will be returning in November 2017 and delighted that so many of you will be joining us.
Classes are as follows:
- SERIES 1: Wednesday 8th November @7pm (Beginners)
- SERIES 2: Thursday 9th November @10am
- SERIES 3: Thursday 9th November @7pm
- SERIES 4: Friday 10th November @10am
The duration of the class is 1 hour and classes run for 5 consecutive weeks in my The Sangoma Way home practice, Cappamore, Co. Limerick.
