I normally sign off for the summer time and focus on my clients that come for energy treatments on offer here…Reiki, Bodytalk, and Hopi ear candling. But because it has been put on hold for so long, I am also delighted to finally say I am back teaching all levels of Reiki which I missed so much over the past two years!!
I think it is safe to say that some of us are still feeling the residual effects of all that has gone on over the past few years, and while the mind wants us to bounce back to where we were (in terms of before the Pandemic) this is impossible. I know from my own experience it has taken my body and my emotions awhile to catch up and so doing my own practise, going for energy treatments, getting back to my art and spending time in nature has been a very important part of this process.
We know everything in the universe vibrates and this includes our feelings. Negative feelings like anger, fear, guilt, grief vibrate at low frequencies while positive feelings like gratitude, appreciation, joy, passion vibrate at high frequencies. These higher vibrations make us feel good and are therefore more conducive to good health and happiness while the lower frequencies (which are not bad in the true sense of the word) can on the other hand make us feel blocked and therefore do not make us feel good. Still, they have a purpose, which is to alert us to the fact that we are blocking out the higher frequency vibrations that we need to function well. They are a call for healing ourselves from within. What a lot of us tend to forget is that it is our birth right to feel good. This belief can get knocked out of us overtime.
With this in mind I thought it would be a lovely idea to share some of the techniques I use and indeed teach in my classes so you could start a practise that helps you to come in to the present moment, become aware of any emotions that are blocking happiness and joy hence giving them space to move on.

On the 17th of August I will send you a recording focusing on another centring technique which will also introduce you to the chakra system. Then on the 31st of August my final recording will be a combination of all that you have learned with an introduction to ..how you can unplug from overwhelm and return to balance.
