I will be running a weekend workshop on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th of March 2014 in The Castleoaks Hotel, Castleconnell. I chose this venue as it offers the feeling of retreat from the busy world. Set on beautiful grounds and overlooking The Shannon it is a perfect spot to invest a bit of time on yourself. I will be teaching The Sangoma Way, which is a unique method whereby you will develop an understanding of yourself and your story.

You will develop an awareness of your energy, so that you can retrieve and restore it, to bring about overall balance, health and well-being in your life. Together with this new found insight and the techniques I will teach you will finally gain freedom from the circumstances that are preventing you from living a life you deserve!

As an added bonus, you will be attuned to Level 1 Reiki, a gentle yet powerful tool of healing that will help sustain all that you have learned over the weekend. I am also offering a bonus one-to-one session with me (valued at 100 Euro) to release any unresolved issues and propel you forward to live a life of purpose and passion!
